No. Documents and the index live in infrastructure you own — in the UAE region if you need that — and model providers are accessed through business APIs with no-training data policies. We work within UAE data-protection (PDPL) requirements and sign NDAs on request.

Yes. Arabic and English documents sit in the same index and can be queried in either language. Scanned PDFs go through OCR first; we check the extraction quality on your actual files during scoping rather than promising it works on everything.

It may only answer from retrieved passages and must cite them. Low-confidence or unanswerable questions return an honest "not found" or go to a named person. Before go-live your team writes a test set of real questions and we measure the answers against it.

Access mirrors the permissions you already have — a document only appears in answers for people who could open it anyway. Every question and answer is logged for audit.

A knowledge base over one document set usually goes live one to two weeks after scoping. Multiple systems, fine-grained permissions or a customer-facing version take three to six weeks. The scope document says which before you commit.
