Describe the work, not the software
Four questions cover what you want built, how big it is, when you need it, and what it has to connect to. You are never asked to pick a technology — the options are written in terms of the outcome, and there is a free-text box for anything that does not fit.

An engineer reads it
The submission goes to the team that would build it, not to a sales queue. They check whether it is a pattern we have shipped before or genuinely new work, and whether the systems involved have an API that behaves.

A written scope and a fixed fee
You get back a document stating what the system does, what it does not do, which systems it touches, who owns it afterwards, and one number. Fixed fee, not an hourly rate, and it does not move unless the scope does.
What comes back
- A plain description of what the system will do, in the order it will do it.
- The systems it connects to, and what happens when one of them is down.
- What stays manual, stated explicitly, so nothing is assumed into the scope.
- Who owns and can change the system after it ships.
- One fixed fee, and the date it goes live.
What it will not do
It will not show you a number on screen. An instant quote for custom software is either padded to cover the worst case or wrong often enough to be useless, and neither helps you decide anything.

Frequently asked questions
Does the estimator give me a price?
No. It scopes the work and sends it to our engineering team, who reply with a written proposal and a fixed fee within one business day. Soluvide does not publish a price list, because the same-sounding request can be two days of work or three weeks depending on the systems it has to touch.
How long does it take to fill in?
Four questions, about a minute. You pick the type of build, the scale, the timeline, and the systems involved. Anything the options do not cover can be typed in your own words at the end.
What happens after I submit?
An engineer reads it — not a sales rep. If the request is clear, you get a written scope and a fixed quote within one business day. If something material is missing, we ask one round of questions first rather than guessing at a number.
How quickly can the work go live?
Proven patterns — a WhatsApp assistant, invoice intake, CRM routing — go live in five to ten business days. Fully custom systems take three to four weeks. The proposal states which of the two your project is before you commit.
Do I need to know what I want built?
No. Describe the manual work: the quotes someone retypes, the enquiries that go unanswered overnight, the reports assembled by hand. Choosing the technology is our job, and the estimator is written so you never have to name one.
Does this work in Arabic?
Yes. Everything Soluvide builds runs in English and Arabic, and proposals are issued in whichever language you prefer. The estimator itself is currently English-only.
