How do quick replies work?

A quick reply is a saved message with a shortcut. Save one under Business tools, Quick replies, then type / in any chat to pick it. They are the fastest way to answer the questions you get every day, such as price, location and hours.

Should my WhatsApp messages be in Arabic or English?

In the UAE, both. A good rule is to reply in the language the customer wrote in. Every template here has an Arabic and an English version, and the bilingual greeting covers the first message before you know which one they prefer.

Can I send these messages to customers who haven't messaged me?

Reply to people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you. Messaging people who never asked is how numbers get reported and blocked. Businesses on the WhatsApp Business API must use Meta-approved templates to start a conversation outside the 24-hour window after the customer's last message.

What if we get more messages than we can answer?

Templates make each reply faster, but someone still has to send it.
